The terms governing your use of the MacroSector platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MacroSector, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

MacroSector is a subscription software platform for real estate sourcing, lead tracking, deal management, and multi-channel outreach.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including:

  • Submitting false or misleading property or contact information.
  • Sending unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws (including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and CAN-SPAM).
  • Attempting to access another user’s data without authorization, or disrupting the service.
  • Using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Integrations and Third-Party Services

MacroSector lets you connect third-party accounts such as Gmail and Google Workspace. You authorize these connections at your own discretion and are responsible for complying with the third party’s terms (including Google’s terms).

When connected, MacroSector accesses those accounts only to provide the features you enable. We are not responsible for the acts of third-party providers, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms and policies.

AI-Assisted Features

Some features generate content using AI models. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated draft before sending or relying on it.

Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Fees, billing cycles, and refunds are governed by the plan you select. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees until you cancel.

Intellectual Property

The MacroSector software, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to us. We retain ownership of your CRM data, which you may export. You retain rights to the content you enter.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
