How MacroSector collects, uses, and protects your information.

Overview

MacroSector is a real estate customer-relationship and deal-management platform for sourcing, tracking, and wholesaling off-market property. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and organization details when you register.
  • Data you enter: property, owner, buyer, lead, and deal records, notes, and messages you create in the platform.
  • Billing information: subscription payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Integration data: when you connect a third-party account such as Gmail or Google Workspace, we access the data described below to provide those features.

Integrations and Connected Accounts (Gmail)

When you connect your Gmail or Google Workspace account, MacroSector requests the following access scopes: read (gmail.readonly), send (gmail.send), and modify (gmail.modify), plus your email address.

We use this access only to: import your incoming messages into the Conversations inbox, match senders to your existing contacts, and send replies from your account when you compose a message in MacroSector.

Email content is used solely to display and manage your conversations and to generate AI-assisted reply drafts. We do not share your email content with any third party except the AI and delivery providers that process it to provide the feature, and as required by law.

You can disconnect Gmail at any time in Settings; we immediately stop accessing your account and remove the OAuth connection.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the CRM, inbox, and deal-tracking features.
  • Sync and send email and SMS on your behalf when you choose.
  • Generate analytics, lead scores, and AI-assisted message drafts.
  • Send service, security, and account notifications.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers that help us operate: payment processing, SMS and email delivery, and AI/LLM providers that generate drafts and analytics.
  • Members of your organization for records you choose to share within your team.
  • Authorities or parties as required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data or delete your account at any time; connected integrations are revoked on deletion.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Your Rights and Choices

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your information, disconnect any connected integration, and opt out of non-essential communications. Contact us at the email below.

Children’s Privacy

MacroSector is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
